1. THE COSTELLO FRAMEWORK™ AGREEMENT
By accessing this site, completing the Neuro-Access Quiz™, or engaging with our Score App, you are entering into a binding legal agreement with C7, Inc. These Terms govern your use of the NeuroMotor Calibration™ protocols and educational materials. If you do not agree to navigate your physiology within these terms, you must cease all use of the Costello Framework™ immediately.
2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & PROPRIETARY LEXICON
The NeuroMotor Calibration (NMC™) system is a proprietary methodology. All content, sequences, and logic patterns are protected under international copyright and trademark laws. You are granted a limited, personal license to use these materials. You may not reproduce, "scrape," or distribute any of the following without express written consent:
Core Frameworks: The Costello Method™, Costello Framework™, and Neuroreformation™. Profile Logic: The Neuro-Access Quiz™, Regulation Style Profile™, and System Signatures™.
Tactical Tools: System Override Sequences™ (SOS), Body-First Regulation™, and Costello Reset™ protocols. Typology: References to physiological states including Braced, Buffered, and Capacity.
3. MANDATORY MEDICAL & LEGAL DISCLAIMER
C7, Inc. and Dr. Jim Costello do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. * Educational Purpose: All insights provided through the Neuro-Access Quiz™ or an Access Audit™ are for educational and informational purposes only. We do not offer to treat, cure, or diagnose any medical, physical, or psychological condition.
-No Substitute for Professional Care: Nothing contained in this site is intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice. It is the sole responsibility of the individual to seek medical advice from a qualified provider.
-No Doctor-Patient Relationship: Use of our tools or participation in our programs does not create a doctor-patient relationship with Dr. Jim Costello or the NMC™ team.
4. SMS PROGRAM TERMS (A2P 10DLC COMPLIANCE)
By providing your phone number and opting in via our website forms, you grant C7, Inc. express written consent to send recurring automated SMS/MMS messages regarding your Neuro-Access Quiz™ results, wellness insights, and Access Audit scheduling. Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time.
-Just text "STOP" to our number. We will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
-Support: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, text "HELP" for assistance or email [email protected].
-Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your engagement and nervous system state.
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & ASSUMPTION OF RISK
To the fullest extent permitted by law, C7, Inc. and Dr. Jim Costello disclaim any liability for any physical or physiological responses resulting from the self-directed application of the Costello Method™.
You acknowledge that until you are formally enrolled in an NMC™ Guided Program, you are navigating your own health decisions.
You assume all risk and responsibility for the implementation of these educational protocols and agree to indemnify C7, Inc. from any claims arising from your self-directed use of these materials.
6. MEMBERSHIP, "LIFEBOAT™" LOGIC, & REFUNDS
Subscriptions: Access to LifeBoat™ tiers is handled via recurring billing. You authorize C7, Inc. to maintain your payment method on file.
All Sales Final: Because our System Override Sequences™ and Lifeboat™ resources provide immediate "physiological equity" upon delivery, all digital sales and membership payments are non-refundable.
7. CARRIER LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
C7, Inc. and the mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. SMS/MMS communications are provided on an "as-is" basis and delivery is subject to the effective transmission from your network operator.
8. AGE RESTRICTION
You must be at least 18 years of age to utilize the Neuro-Access Quiz™ and opt-in to SMS communications from C7, Inc. By providing your phone number, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older.
